Essential Grant Skills Workshop

NMCCD was pleased to host this workshop focused on developing skills for our members, in our communities.

Twenty-one district and Coalition personnel received training on “Essential Grant Skills” presented by The Grantsmanship Center of Los Angeles, California. Two full days of training and networking provided participants with a thorough grounding in proven approaches to writing funding proposals. Even those attendees with prior experience in this area gleaned new approaches for effectively presenting projects to funders while avoiding common pitfalls.

Many thanks to Edgewood SWCD for their hospitality during this workshop. Meals and refreshments were superb!
